The payments team manage the systems and processes which ensure that providers receive accurate and timely payments.
They work closely with service managers, wardens and local authority housing managers to ensure that support charges are paid for all eligible tenants.
This involves receiving and verifying tenancy and housing benefit details for new tenants moving into a service, tenants leaving a service and tenants who simply change address within the same service.
